Over five weeks, 60 participants learned how to host a transformative guided process in which community members meet to identify and exchange their passions, knowledge, skills, resources, opportunities, and needs.

This month, the PGI joined the Evolutionary Accelerator, and signed up to support the US campaign: Fighting for Federal Action for Rural Electric Co-Op Reform. We helped Douglass.io chart a path forward for it’s not-for-profit decentralized operating system; as well as assisting with a marketing rebrand for Dent — a community that recognizes the need to redesign the value systems, incentives, and social contracts underpinning modern society.

On a chilly December morning in northern Arizona, near the town of Page, Nicole Horseherder stood beside a barbed-wire fence, waiting for the smokestacks of the Navajo Generating Station to fall. The coal-fired power plant, just a mile away, towered against the backdrop of the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and a cloudless blue sky.

The impact of our Offers and Needs Market (OANM) Advanced Facilitator Training program continues to ripple out, as more and more trainees host their own sessions, bringing a sense of belonging and self-worth to people across the world.
This month, we heard from recent program graduate, Liz Hill, who has already hosted six Offers and Needs Markets in Australia. And at the University of Montana, Katie Epstein hosted an OANM online with 26 fellow students, and was amazed at how generously people shared. …

The Post Growth Institute, which seeks to restore human and planetary wellbeing by strengthening systems that circulate money, power and resources, joins the newly-formed Progressive International in a bid to boost the transformation to a post-capitalist world.

We’re honored to be part of this alliance and excited about the transformative potential of such a diverse group.
Also at the end of last year, 26 participants graduated from our first round of Offers and Needs Market Advanced Facilitator Training program. We’re in the process of certifying them, and dozens of mostly virtual Offers and Needs Markets have been facilitated globally in the past few months. …
